Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Your Reservation Payment is due at Hotel check-out. Pre-payment is NOT required.
• Displayed Currency conversions are estimates based on the current exchange rate, final conversion will take place at time of payment, at Hotel check-out.
• If Reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of your hotel arrival date there will be a penalty of one night (per room); no penalty outside 48 hours.
• Cancellation or changes to your reservation(s) can easily be done online by going to www.bookdirectrates.com and clicking on the link to the Guest Reservation Center at the bottom of the home page.
• All personal information you provide is encrypted and secured by GeoTrust™ and remains completely confidential, never shared with anyone or any third party.
